What was done?
Added Default Recommended Action for a Warning if Account Age is less than 30 Days
If the Account Open Date is known and is less than 30 days old then it is added to the recommended action description in the Results grid. The Recommendation moves an "Accept" to a "Warning" and "No Information to a "Warning". "Warning" and "Decline" recommendations remain unaffected.
Account age in days is added to the description anytime this condition is used to decide a recommended action. For example: "This account is only 5 days old."
Why is this useful?
New account fraud is a common issue for a financial institution. Identification of new accounts and warning recommendations allow a financial institution to quickly investigate.
How do I use it?
1. Select Results from the main menu bar
2. Choose the desired transaction and use the + to expand
