“Require Check Number” is now an option on the Admin > Client > TrueChecks page
A new flag is maintained via a checkbox on the Administration > Client > TrueChecks tab to indicate whether the FI allows queries without check numbers.
Prior to this change, queries required a TrueACH Frontline license. Now, the feature is available within TrueChecks without a requirement for TrueACH.
Why is this useful?
Clients have requested that we enable submission of queries without check numbers, enabling the Client to obtain analysis of an account and amount.
How do I use it?
1. From the navigation menu bar, select Administration.
2. Select Clients
3. Select the desired client
4. Select TrueChecks
5. Scroll down to Search Settings / Allow Search Without Check Number

Added a User Action Log in Review Results and Batch Results pages (8248)
The log enables a view of data representing user actions or a change to an action taken. The log presents the user or API or batch file, depending upon the method by which the data was received and includes what was changed and when it was changed.
Why is this useful?
Financial institution operations management, risk management, and auditors must have data for review to enable user training, internal fraud mitigation, customer service, and error prevention.
How do I use it?
1. After login, click TrueChecks
2. Click Review Results
3. Click the icon in the Log column
