TrueACH users can easily be managed in both the TrueChecks and TrueACH portal. There are no limits to the number of TrueACH users or administrators that you can have.
Adding a TrueACH user is a two-step process because TrueACH is a separate portal with additional user roles.
To add a TrueACH user, log in to the TrueChecks portal and go to Administration > Users.
Here, you can add the TrueACHProUser role to the users who will be using the TrueACH Portal.
Tip: Once you have assigned the TrueACHProUser role to an individual, ask that user to click on the TrueACH icon that appears in the black banner of the TrueChecks portal. This action will populate the users’ information into the TrueACH portal.
When a user clicks on the TrueACH icon, this will take them to the TrueACH Portal. Each user in this portal will need to have user roles assigned to them according to their business function.
To assign user roles to an individual, go to Settings > Users. Here you should see the users that clicked the icon as their information from TrueChecks copied over.
Select the Edit button and add the additional roles as needed. Please see below for an overview of each user role.
Once you have updated the users' roles, be sure to click on Update User to save changes.
Tip: If a users' information is not available in the TrueACH portal, you can add them manually by clicking Add New User.
