Click on the TrueChecks icon to be taken to the search page.
You'll need to enter the following information to perform a search:

| Other | Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Traveler's Checks |

| Routing Number | The check's routing number |
| Account Number | The check's account number |
| Check Number | The check's check number sometimes called the serial number |
| Amount | The dollar amount of the check |
| Maker | The maker of the check, primarily used for OFAC search and not considered in the recommended action |
The routing number field automatically searches TrueChecks to verify the routing number.
When a valid routing number is entered, TrueChecks will display the financial institution's name. Clicking on the financial organization's name will display the organization's contact information.
When an invalid routing number is entered, TrueChecks will display a message to alert you. This message states "Could not find routing number."
As a best practice, we recommend taking a second look at the MICR line of your check and verifying that you've entered the routing number correctly.
If you've entered the routing number incorrectly, you can easily correct your mistake.
If you've entered the routing number correctly, you should take caution with this invalid routing number.
Now, just enter the remaining information and click Search.
