AFS recommends changing your password on a regular basis. Your TrueChecks Administrators do have the ability to set an expiration time period for your password. So, if you do need to change your password, the process is very easy. On the right side of the screen, click on the arrow next to your name and select Change Password.
Our default requirements for your new password are the following: must contain at least 7 characters, must have at least 1 number, and must have at least 1 special character from the provided list. These requirements can be adjusted by your administrator. Once you have determined what you would like your password to be, type your Current Password, New Password, and Verify Password.
Once you are finished, click Change to save your changes.
** An additional password security policy to keep in mind, users that are inactive for more than 90 days will require a password change to regain access to the system. Users that are inactive for more than 1 year will be disabled, and will need to be re-enabled by a Client Administrator to regain access to the system.
