After your batch files have been successfully uploaded, you can view the results of that Batch file by clicking on the Results tab. Batch Results allow you to swiftly go through a large number of checks and take specific actions on those checks based on the information we provide back to you. On this tab, you will be able to view the recommendations that we provide based on any of the Account Status alert and/or Fraud Risk Alerts.
When viewing the results, the items available to view would be based your Search criteria. You can manage your Search criteria by clicking the “Search” button in the upper right corner. This will bring up a smaller window (picture below) that will provide you with the criteria that you can use to filter out certain checks.
Date Filter – This is defaulted to the past 10 days, but you can change these dates as needed.
Exclude Reviewed Results – If this box is checked, you will not see any of the checks that have been reviewed in the past.
Recommendation – When the recommendations are checked off, that means that results with those recommendations will show in the queue. Based off your time/what you want to review, this is a great way to narrow your results.
Actions Taken – If you are looking for a result that has already been reviewed, you can check off any of the actions taken but if you are looking for the items that have not been reviewed, you can check off None.
Check Details – This section has 4 main fields: Routing Number, Account Number, Check Number, and Amount. With these details, you can choose to do a Specific Search, Range Search, Multi Search and/or an Exclude Search. Each search is defined with examples if you hover your mouse of the “i” for more information.
When you have your search criteria the way that you want them to be, click on Apply to see your changes. Take note that when you click on Apply your search criteria automatically saves so if you do not see results the next time you look at your Batch results, there may be a filter in there.
By default, the list of checks will show up in the order based on severity of the Recommendation that we provide on the check. You can change how the checks are listed by clicking any of the column names and the list will then be ordered according to that column’s values, whether they are numbers or letters.
If you are reviewing your batch queue and there are multiple alerts that you would like to bulk review, simply check the boxes of the results and then click on the action that you want to take. You will notice that as you click on the boxes, you will be shown how many results have been selected.
When you take your action for these results, a confirmation window will populate showing you how many results you have chosen and the action that you have chosen. Click on apply to take the action and mark those results as reviewed when you are ready.
