“Require Check Number” is now an option on the Admin > Client > TrueChecks page
A new flag is maintained via a checkbox on the Administration > Client > TrueChecks tab to indicate whether the FI allows queries without check numbers.
Prior to this change, queries required a TrueACH Frontline license. Now, the feature is available within TrueChecks without a requirement for TrueACH.
Why is this useful?
Clients have requested that we enable submission of queries without check numbers, enabling the Client to obtain analysis of an account and amount.
How do I use it?
1. From the navigation menu bar, select Administration.
2. Select Clients
3. Select the desired client
4. Select TrueChecks
5. Scroll down to Search Settings / Allow Search Without Check Number
