The Missing Check Number Whitelisting feature allows customers to omit the check number field when running searches through the TrueChecks Web Portal and API without causing any errors.
Below is a screen shot of the entry form on how the whitelisting feature can be configured.
Integrator – Allows our integrated partners to enable this feature for all our mutual customers.
Clients – The whitelisting feature can be set up on client specific basis
Title – Naming the Whitelisting entry
Routing Number – This field will be filled out if the desired whitelisting applies only to a specific routing number.
Account Number – This field will be filled out if the desired whitelisting applies only to a specific account number.
Check Number – This field will not be filled out as there is no check number to whitelist
The Missing Check Number feature allows you to whitelist an item by Integrator/Partner and by Client. To add the Whitelist entry, you will be required to add a Title, Routing Number and/or Account Number.
All three Product Channels, TrueChecks API, TrueChecks Web Portal, and TrueChecks Batch will be able to use this feature enhancement. After adding a Whitelist entry, it will bypass TrueChecks Duplicate Detection and Check Alerts. Users will still receive fraud alerts and account status alerts that are a Routing and Account Number match.
Please reach out to Advanced Fraud Solutions Support if you are interested in adding, editing or deleting a whitelisting configuration. This feature is set for AFS Admins only at this time.
