The Duplicate Detection – Ignore Internal Instance feature allows customers the ability to bypass duplicate detection when the original check was searched by the same financial institution. This is for both onus and offus checks.
If one or more checks have been searched by a different financial institution, Duplicate Detection will occur as intended.
This setting feature is available to all AFS customers and can be turned on or off at any time.
The Ignore Internal Instance setting option can be found by going to the TrueChecks Administration Tab>Client>TrueChecks>Duplicate Detection Settings. Check the box to enable this feature and uncheck this box to disable this feature. To have access to this setting, you must have the permissions of a client admin.
