What's new in TrueACH
This release adds two new layers of fraud detection to TrueACH, both aligned with the 2026 Nacha Operating Rules. SEC Codes are now evaluated against the receiving account's Account Type to flag misuse, and Behavioral Analysis debuts — evaluating an account's transaction patterns to surface deviations from normal activity.
- SEC Code to Account Type matching — transactions are flagged when the SEC Code doesn't match the receiving account's type, with two new default Recommended Action configurations applied automatically.
- Behavioral Analysis, Phase I — transaction velocity and amount baselines identify deviations from an account's normal behavior.
SEC Code to Account Type matching
SEC Codes on ACH transactions are now evaluated against the receiving account's Account Type to better flag potential fraud risk and detect misuse of SEC Codes. Two new default Recommended Action configurations using Account Type and SEC Code have been added:
