The Users Audit Report is a great way to review all changes made to the Users tab.
To review this information, you'll want to run the User Audit History report. The report is located under the Administration tab > Reports > User Audit History. Please note that you will need to have the ClientAdmin role assigned to you in order to run this report.
When running the report, you have several filter options.
Beginning and Ending: The first two fields are your date ranges. These fields will be used to provide the time frame for the information that you are wanting to pull into the report. These fields are required.
Teller ID and Branch ID: These fields are referencing the users who received a change or update. These are not required fields and can be left blank.
Users: This is a drop-down selection of all users who have a login to the portal. When selecting this field, this will search who has received a change or update This is not a required field and can be left at the default of “All”.
The User Audit History report will give you a granular change history not only about the user making modifications to a profile but also a detailed log of all additions, deletions, and changes made to a profile made.
