Client All Frontline Usage - AFS

The Client All Frontline Usage report is a great way to see how many checks are being ran through TrueChecks each month. The line graph in this report allows you to see the usage trends within the time period that you choose. .

To view this report, you will want to go to Administration > Reports > Client All Frontline Usage. When you get to the report, you will want to choose the beginning month and ending month you want to review. Once you have selected those, go ahead and click the 'View Report' button to view your usage!

Below are the definitions for each column in your report: 

Logins: The total amount of user logins for the time frame that you have chosen. 

Queries: The total number of searches that were conducted through the  TrueChecks Web Portal and/or Teller Capture.

Above/Below Avg: This percentage is determined by taking the average number of searches across each month that is being presented. Then, it provides the percentage of searches in your time frame and can either be over or under.
