The Batch Summary report is a great report to review when you are looking to see an overall breakdown of how TrueChecks Batch is working for your team. This report breaks down every check that comes through Batch. It then further breaks it down by every recommended action, with actions taken, as well as the number of checks (queries), and the total dollar amounts.
To access this report, you will want to go to Batch Services > Reports > Batch Summary.
This page will provide you with two fields, Start Date and End Date. You will want to choose the time frame that you are wanting to review. Once you have the dates chosen, you will want to click “View Report”.
When you run this report, you will see 4 main field, Recommendation, Action Taken, Amount Sum, and Queries. The Recommendation is the same as the recommended actions that show in your results. The Action Taken is the action that was taken by the Batch User. The Amount Sum is the total dollar amount and the Queries is another name for the total amount of checks. It is very important to take your action and mark everything as reviewed so you can get an accurate picture of how Batch Services is working for your institution.
At the bottom of the report, you will see a grand total of the Amount Sum and Queries (checks).
You can also export this data to our provided locations. These would include CSV, PDF, Excel, and more! You can access this option by clicking the Floppy Disc at the top of the report, next to the print button.
