If you are looking to run a report with all of the queries that hit TrueChecks Batch in a specific time frame, you will want to run the Batch Query Summary Report. This report gives you a breakdown of all the queries in the time frame that you choose with all the Recommended Actions and Actions Taken that you select.
To access this report, you will want to go to Batch Services > Reports > Batch Query Summary.
The report viewer will provide you with multiple fields that you can use to filter your report by.
Beginning and Ending: The first two fields is your date range. These fields will be used to provide the time frame for the information that you are wanting to pull in the report. These fields are required.
Teller ID, Branch ID, File Name: These fields will allow you to further narrow your search based off any of this provided information. If you are looking for information on a certain user or file that was uploaded, you will want to add this specific information. These fields are not required.
Last Modified By: This field allows you to filter your report based off of who made changes to any of the items that were uploaded to the results. By default, this is set to "All" and the drop down will list all users for your institution. These fields are not required.
Actions Taken: This field allows you to narrow down your searches based on the actions that were taken within TrueChecks Batch. You can choose from Accepted, Denied, Held, Ignored, or Refined Search. You can choose all actions taken by clicking on the top and dragging your mouse down the list.

The report will generate and provide you with all the available fields for each check queried through Batch. You will be able to see the check information that includes: Routing, Account, Check number, and Amount.
The report provides the Recommended Action that is provided by AFS. The recommended action is based off of the fraudulent activity reported on the given Routing and Account Number.
The Query Result column provides you with the Fraud Types from the check alerts within our database that matched up with the check information that was uploaded.
Action Taken column shows you which action was taken within the Batch Results. If the Action Taken is blank, then the Batch User never took an action. It is important to take an action and mark everything as reviewed so your reports are as accurate as possible.
The column that is important to your institution is the Reviewed column. This column lets you know if the check was or was not reviewed by your Batch Users.
The Reason and Comment columns are also provided if you have Reasons and Comments set up for your institution. This is something that administrators have access to turning on and off.
The File Name column will provide you with the name of the file that the item was uploaded from.
The Upload Time provides you with the date and time the batch file was uploaded to Batch Services.
The Result Update Time provides you with the date and time the item's results were updated. This can change if there is an update to the Account Status for the item.
We are also tracking when an item was marked as reviewed, the last time an action was taken by a user, along with that user's information within the last columns of: Date Reviewed, Date Last Action, Last Action by, Teller Id, Branch Id. With these columns, you will be able to track who made changes and when those changes were made.
If there are multiple pages of information, you can go to each different page by clicking the arrow buttons at the top of the report. You can also export this data to our provided locations. These would include CSV, PDF, Excel, and more! You can access this option by clicking the Floppy Disc at the top of the report, next to the print button.
