What was done? One Sign-In for Business Owner with Multiple Businesses A Business Client with multiple businesses can use the same email address and password to access all the businesses.
Users with a non-unique email address still have individual User Profile setups under each Business Client
They appear as individual Users within the Users grid of each Business Client.
When a user with a non-unique email address updates the password in one Business Client, that password updates across all Business Clients associated with the same non-unique email address.
When a user with a non-unique email address updates any other profile fields, those changes remain unique to the Business Client where the update occurred:
o First Name
o Last Name
o Cell Phone
o Landing Page
o User Roles
o Accounts
o Maximum Decision Amount
o Notification Settings
Why is this useful? A Business Client with multiple businesses is no longer required to manage multiple sets of credentials and can switch between businesses easily.
How do I use it? 1.When a new Business Client is set up by accessing Settings / Business Clients / Add Client, a message occurs to confirm that the user intended to use the same email address as entered for an existing Business Client.
a. Only Financial Institution users with Manage Account permission or Integrator users with Manage Account permission can create users with a non-unique email address.
2. When a Business Client is logged into one of their Business Clients, the user can click their name in the upper right hand corner and receive an option to Switch Client (i.e., move to another Business Client account that uses the same ID and password).
What was done?
Daily Report of Business Client Accounts
An Integrator or Financial Institution can schedule a daily report of all active Business Clients
and their associated Accounts.
The Billing Report (standard and detailed) now includes “daily” as a frequency option for Scheduled
reports.
Why is this useful?
Integrators and Financial Institutions can use the report to accurately parse their X9 file and
generate a presented transaction file that contains Positive Pay Business Client accounts only for
submission to the Positive Pay application.
How do I use it?
1. Click Settings / Billing Reports
a. The scheduled report is generated daily at 4:00am Eastern.
b. When scheduling a report by selecting Scheduled in the upper righthand corner of the Billing
Reports screen, select the Frequency option to choose daily,
weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually for report generation.
