User Rearrangement, Filter, Save, and Set Default on Exceptions Grid View
A reviewer of exceptions can now rearrange the order of the columns, add custom filters, save
custom views, and set default views on the Exceptions Grid View screen.
Note: Previously, this functionality was available only on the Exceptions History screen and, with
this modification, is available on the Exceptions Grid View screen.
Why is this useful?
User efficiency is enhanced when a user can more efficiently manage open exceptions based upon
priorities and resolution needs.
How do I use it?
1. Choose Exceptions from the main menu bar
2. Select Grid View in the upper righthand corner
3. Hover over the column heading desired in a new location and drag the heading to the
new location

Support Custom Date Formats for Check File Uploads
A Financial Institution can now define a custom date format (MMDDYYYY or YYYYMMDD) for file
uploads. The user can specify a custom date format (if the format is not in an acceptable format
with separators) when creating a new File Format. The specified date format associated with that
specific File Format is stored and applied the format during parsing and loading.
Why is this useful?
Users can upload Issued Check and Presented Check files from systems that do not use date
separators, without having to reformat data, improving operational efficiencies.
How do I use it?
1. As Business Client, select Settings / File Formats
2. Select Add File Format

Updated Duplicate Presented Check Logic for Non-Teller Checks
Duplicate check detection will search for matches within the Presented Checks table and create a
Duplicate Presented Check exception when a duplicate exists on the Presented Checks table.
Why is this useful?
Modification of the workflow prevents clients that initially validate on-us checks through a Teller
workflow, then subsequently include the same on-us checks as part of a Presented Check file, from
triggering an unnecessary "Duplicate Presented Check" exception to the Business Client.
How do I use it?
1. No user action is required
